The Amazon Future Engineer Scholarship program provides students with an opportunity to upgrade their careers with up to $40,000 in scholarships and an offer to complete a paid summer internship at Amazon. The goal is to build a diverse tech industry.

The 910; Brett J. Morris Avenger Foundation awards a $500 scholarship to a graduating senior who may have overcome some difficulties through life with depression, anxiety, bullying, suicidal thoughts, and/or tragedy at home. In addition, this student showed perseverance and success as they battled through these struggles and hardships.

The Bill Bishop Public Service Scholarship was established by the South Effingham High School class of 2018 to commemorate the years of service Mr. Bill Bishop dedicated to South High. A scholarship is awarded to a deserving senior whose intent is to enter a field of public service including, but not limited to, law enforcement, military service, education, public safety or healthcare.

The Brandon Davis Memorial Workforce Scholarship is awarded in memory of Mr. Brandon Davis. Mr. Davis was the District Maintenance Coordinator for Effingham County Schools. Scholarship recipients were members of the Workforce PhD program. The scholarship is intended to give students a boost into the workforce to help pay for additional certifications, dress code requirements, tools, and other needs to get started in a career.

The Charles Inman Scholarship honors the memory of Charles Inman (1931-2016), UGA Graduate, former County Extension Agent, Fair Manager, Secretary-Treasurer of GFA and member of the International Association of Fairs & Expositions Hall of Fame.
