Advanced Placement
South Effingham High School (SEHS) in Guyton, Georgia, offers a variety of Advanced Placement (AP) classes to its students. AP courses are college-level courses that allow students to earn college credit while still in high school. Students who score a 3 or higher on an AP exam may be able to skip introductory college courses and save time and money on their college education.
AP scores are now available through student College Board accounts. For students who scored a 3, 4, or 5 on AP Exams, base high schools will send an AP Exam Rebate check to the parent marked as the primary parent in Infinite Campus. We are just beginning the rebate process; therefore, it may take up to 6 weeks before you receive the AP Exam Rebate check. Should you have any questions, reach out to Delena Gay (dgay@effingham.k12.ga.us) at SEHS.
