FIRST:
Athletes must have a DragonFly account with an up-to-date physical.
More information on this can be found by clicking here (Managers, please just create a DragonFly and sign the travel form)

SECOND:
Conditioning is only allowed for those with a physical on file (refer back to DragonFly).

ALL PLAYERS:
Tryouts will be January 27th through January 30th from 6-8 PM at the game field. Preseason conditioning and summer workouts are expected to be attended by any and all potential players. Must have DragonFly set up. Please keep in mind that SEHS is highly competitive and 92% of our Varsity and JV teams last year were playing soccer year around through tournaments, travel ball, and school, so please make sure you are working on your technique as tryouts will have a lot of talent competing for a limited number of spots. There is a reason that SEHS is historically the one of best of schools in South Georgia and it is because of this year-around commitment many put in.

All players are also expected to be in a weightlifting class. Freshmen are given a grace period, but, all players who make the team are expected to be in weights by their sophomore year at the latest. It is important to note that any freshman who expects to make the team and has aspirations of making it to the college, international, or pro level would be doing themselves a disservice by waiting until their sophomore year to start, I highly suggest to get in it as soon as possible.
